Talking Feather Communications is dedicated to clear and ethical communication. We provide communication services for people, businesses and organizations that clearly want to make a positive contribution to others.

Our goal is make good things happen. Also, we enjoy supporting those who want to communicate “for good cause.” It’s our way of making this world a better place.

Our company name draws upon the Native American tradition of the talking stick, or talking feather in some tribes. The talking stick is used in council circles to designate who has the right to speak. Whoever holds the stick holds the sacred power of words. The items adorning the stick remind the holder to speak truthfully, wisely and from the heart. Learn more about the talking stick (offsite).

Talking Feather Communications is owned by Lana Walker-Helmuth, an award-winning business communicator whose background includes work in business, marketing and technical communication, publishing, training, and Web development.
